Nice little property with a beautiful garden (and hammocks!) in a quiet street, 5 min walk from one of the best streets in Tulum (Calle Centauro Sur) with restaurants and bars. 15 min cycle to the beach and to the ruins, so great location really (5 min walk to a big supermarket as well). Bed was enormous and air con worked well which was great
Some properties offer free bicycle rental for the duration of the stay... :)

Nice, simple and effective apartments a few minutes walk from the centre of everything in Tulum. Run by a friendly family.
Nothing in particular. The garden is nice but could sometimes do with a little more shade.

The house is lovely, the garden is really nice with hammock and chairs to relax in the morning or evening. Good size room. You can rent bicycles. 20min walks to Ado Station
Not easy to find since there is no name on the outside of the property so we had to guess on the property. The bedroom could be improved, no wardrobe or rack for clothes. If you are Italian you might find the bedroom not really clean. We rented the bicycles for 2 day but the second day they were unusable, since after they fitted the basket the handlebars wasn't fixed back properly!!
